Overview
This guide will demonstrate how to login via alias user from the users perspective. This guide is an example of the FreshDesk application, but other applications have the same steps.
Navigate to the desired application (this example uses FreshDesk)
- All TraitWare supported applications will have an option saying “Are you an agent? Login here”. Click on that “Login Here” which is highlighted in blue. The page will be redirected to Sign in with SSO
Scan QR Code
- Click Sign in with SSO and then a QR code will appear
- Scan the QR code with the mobile device, use the primary user account when scanning
- On the mobile device, an option will appear for which user is trying to sign-in, select the account that is administering the alias user (the account with the login credentials).
**Note: Do not select the account which is linked to the user trying to sign-in. If this account is selected, the application will not let the user in
Selected continue and the screen should automatically load into the homepage for the intended application
