Overview
You can add your Microsoft company email to the Apple Mail app using TraitWare. Follow the steps below to add it. Note: You must login to your account in the TraitWare mobile app just prior to taking these steps. This is for security purposes.
Steps to Add Company Email Account to Apple Mail
Log in to your account in the TraitWare app. This lets TraitWare know you will be adding an email account.
To start adding the email account, go to iOS Settings and select Apps. Select the Mail app from your list of apps.
Select Mail Accounts.
Select Add Account.
Select Microsoft Exchange.
Enter your Microsoft company email and provide a description.
Select Sign In.
Select Continue.
Enter your Microsoft company email and click Send Notification.
You will see the pending login screen.
Return to your TraitWare app and select your account.
Select the Green Checkmark to approve the login.
Return to your Mail setup in iOS settings. Select your preferences and click Save. You account has been added.
